Today we have Tangerine with us from Tangerine and Kiwi: Visit the Apple Orchard written by Laila Heloua.
Welcome Tangerine! Please tell us about your book!
Join me and my brother, Kiwi as we visit an apple orchard and learn how apples grow. We love to learn about where food comes from.
That is a good thing to know!
We are always ready to help our parents to cook and we even share the recipe, so every kid can do the same.
Glad you share!
My little brother, Kiwi cannot separate from his furry worm, he is always around us. I like ladybugs; I even have a ladybug bag!
Ladybugs are very cool!
We visited so many places: a sugar bush, our grandfather’s bakery and we made a trip to the dairy farm, to learn how cheese is made.
Sounds like some great adventures!
We all want to be different, so what is the one thing you wish your creator had done differently with you?
I think I could be more calm some time ; )
If you could have added something to the story, and your creator would have let you, what would that have been?
I would have taste more different food and made more recipes : )
What do you love best about yourself? What do you like least?
I LOVE my hair color and that I am curious and funny. I like to decide often, maybe a little bit too much?
Is there a sequel for this book? If so, what do you want to accomplish in the next book. If not, do you wish you could continue your story?
We have visited a lot more places, but I would love to travel around the world !
Do you have anything else you would like to say?
I would like to present my family: My brother, Kiwi is a playful boy and a little bit clumsy. His hair is closely cropped, and we never see him without his furry friend (the little earthworm). Dad is red headed while Mom has darker skin. They are not from the same country. We leave with our parents to explore our land and the people who work hard to shape it.
Thank you Tangerine for coming to visit with us today.
